Breeze provides professional coordination during the final stages of planning, bringing your carefully made plans together and ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly. We’ll step in before the celebration to organize the details, coordinate with your vendor team, and create a comprehensive wedding-day timeline—then manage the rehearsal and wedding day so you can be fully present for every moment.

Detailed wedding-day timeline creation
Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)

Partial Wedding Planning

Glow combines hands-on planning assistance with complete wedding coordination. We’ll help you navigate key decisions, keep planning on track, provide vendor and design guidance, and step in where you need us most. As your wedding approaches, we’ll transition into full coordination to bring everything together and manage the celebration from rehearsal through the wedding day.

From building the budget and sourcing the right venue and vendors to developing a cohesive design and managing every moving piece, we’ll guide the celebration from its earliest ideas through the final moments of the wedding day.
